2026-2027 Winter Closure

IRB and SCRO offices will be closed during Stanford’s Winter Closure from Monday, December 21, 2026, through Friday, January 1, 2027.  New studies must be submitted by November 3, 2026, for December review. Major (Presented) modifications and continuing review submissions must be submitted by Monday, November 16, 2026.  Minor modifications will be reviewed prior to winter closure. IRB and SCRO offices will provide critical support on a limited schedule and email messages and HelpSU tickets will be monitored during this time. Please contact your IRB Manager or IRB Education if you have general questions.
